Alex HerpersThe President and founding partner of Herpers Chagani Gowling Inc., Alex is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional(CIRP) and Certified Fraud Examiner with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University. He is a past lecturer of Intermediate Accounting at Seneca College, and a past member of the Boy Scouts of Canada finance committee. Alex serves clients primarily in London, Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph.
Mahmood Chagani
Mahmood is a Senior Vice-President and partner of Herpers Chagani Gowling Inc., a Licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and Certified General Accountant (CGA). Mahmood has been involved in the insolvency business for over 28 years, and takes pride in his work, providing professional and personal service to clients in an understanding and compassionate manner. Mahmood also donates his time, making presentations to accountants, paralegals, and lawyers on insolvency matters to help further educate them on this topic. He primarily serves clients in the Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville and Brampton regions.
David Gowling
A Senior Vice-President and founding partner of Herpers Chagani Gowling Inc., David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP).
He is also an active community volunteer and presents seminars to various legal and accounting firms. The challenge of finding solutions to help those in financial straits even when it seems there are none, is what attracted David to the field of credit and debt counselling.
David serves clients in the Hamilton, Brantford and Niagara regions.
