Susan CrawfordA Qualified Insolvency Counsellor with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours), Susan has been helping clients with their financial struggles for over 17 years. Prior to 310 DEBT, Susan worked as Manager of Finance for a large non-profit counselling agency. Susan assists clients in the Hamilton, Burlington and Simcoe areas.
Marlene Dicenzo
Marlene is a student member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) which leads to being a Trustee in Bankruptcy. Marlene also holds the Insolvency Administrators Certificate and Insolvency Counselling Certificate from CAIRP in addition to a Counselling Techniques Certificate from Mohawk College. She has over 25 years of experience assisting clients in the Hamilton and Brantford areas.
Tonia Fox
Tonia is a student member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) which leads to being a Trustee in Bankruptcy. Tonia also holds an Insolvency Counselling Certificate and Insolvency Administrators Certificate from CAIRP. Tonia has been a member of the 310 DEBT group for over 10 years and assist clients in the Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph areas.
Syed Hussain
Syed holds various designations including the Insolvency Counselling Certificate from the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. He also holds degrees of PhD (Business) (USA), MBA (USA) and Masters of Arts. Syed had an extensive background in investment and management consulting prior to joining the 310 DEBT group in 2003. He is fluent is several languages such as English, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati and Arabic. Syed is assisting those clients in the Brampton and Mississauga areas.
Debbie Morand
Prior to becoming a Financial Counsellor with the 310 DEBT group, Debbie was introduced to the industry through a pilot project in which she worked as a Home Managing Planner. Previously an office administrator, Debbie brought her organizational and people skills to a career that she has found very rewarding for the past 15 years. She holds an Insolvency Counselling Certificate from the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. Her clients are in Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford and London.
Michele Proctor
Michele has been involved with the credit and debt consolidation field for nearly 20 years. She holds the Insolvency Counselling Certificate from the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals as well as a Diploma from Mohawk College. Michele assists clients in the Niagara region and is actively involved in the community.
Carol Richarz
Carol is a student member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) which leads to being a Trustee in Bankruptcy. Carol also holds an Insolvency Counselling Certificate and Insolvency Administrators Certificate from CAIRP. With over 20 years experience, including over 11 years with the 310 DEBT group, as Director of Insolvency Administration, Carol assists those clients in the Hamilton area.
